Wastewater treatment of FPT building in High-Tech Park
The FPT building wastewater treatment system is built to treat wastewater at the FPT building. The system uses AO technology (Anoxic + Aerotank), the goal of wastewater treatment is to meet the discharge standards of the Industrial Park - Input wastewater quality standards of the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (According to Decision No. 257/QD-KCNC, December 24, 2020).
FPT Building in Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (HTP) is a modern technology center where thousands of employees work every day. To meet the need for wastewater treatment from daily activities, FPT requires the FPT Building's wastewater treatment system to operate in an advanced, efficient, and environmentally friendly manner.
NTS Engineering Co.,Ltd is the consulting and construction contractor for the wastewater treatment system at FPT. We have chosen a wastewater treatment solution that complies with environmental standards and aligns with FPT's sustainable development orientation.

Challenge
FPT building wastewater treatment system needs to meet the following requirements:
- Ensure compliance with the discharge standards of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park
- The completed system must minimize operating costs and ensure stable operation
- The system must maintain aesthetics and avoid negatively affecting the appearance of the industrial park
- The system must effectively control odor generation
Solution
NTS Engineering Co., Ltd has selected the following wastewater treatment solution for the FPT Building:
- Applying AO biotechnology
- Automating system operation
Analysis
Assessment of water quality and condition
Design
Plan and design appropriate systems
Deployment
Installation and operation of water treatment systems
Monitor
Regular system monitoring and maintenance
Results
The wastewater treatment system at the FPT building operates stably and delivers high treatment efficiency. After the treatment process, the quality of the output wastewater meets the discharge standards of the HTP.
The results of the analysis of the treated wastewater samples show that all pollution parameters, such as BOD, COD, TSS, ammonium, total nitrogen, phosphorus,... meet the required standards. This shows that the system not only operates effectively but also complies with environmental regulations.
The table summarizes some key parameters of treated wastewater quality:
