Wastewater treatment plant at District 7 Hospital, Ho Chi Minh
NTS Engineering Co., Ltd. consults on solutions, designs and constructs the wastewater treatment system for District 7 Hospital. The system uses biological technology combined with MBR membrane filter, bringing high treatment efficiency. The output wastewater meets QCVN 28:2010/BTNMT, column B.
NTS Engineering Co., Ltd. has selected and applied MBR wastewater treatment technology for the wastewater treatment system for District 7 Hospital. The project ensures that all wastewater generated from medical and treatment activities is treated to meet QCVN 28:2010/BTNMT, column B.
The project requires advanced technological solutions, optimal design within a limited area. Here, the system operates continuously and stably to serve the needs of 24/7 medical activities. With extensive experience, NTS has implemented a highly effective wastewater treatment system, thereby helping the hospital develop sustainably.

Challenge
The wastewater treatment project at District 7 hospital has many challenges and requirements, especially:
- The wastewater contains high levels of organic matter, pathogenic microorganisms and residual pharmaceuticals, requiring a specialized treatment process and meeting QCVN 28:2010/BTNMT standards to ensure absolute safety for the environment.
- The installation space in the hospital is limited, so the treatment system needs to have a compact design but still ensure high efficiency.
- The system needs to prevent odors from arising well, avoiding affecting other hospital activities.
Solution
NTS has chosen biological treatment technology as AAO technology combined with MBR for the wastewater treatment project of District 7 Hospital, ensuring the effective removal of organic substances, bacteria, and suspended solids.
The system is designed in a modular form, neatly installed in a limited space, easy to upgrade when the system needs to be expanded.
In addition, the system is also equipped with a biological deodorizing solution to control odors, ensuring the around environment is always clean and safe.
